I come from a long line of women who go after what they want and are not afraid to be the only woman in the room.
Naturally, I follow a path that is supportive of diversity and inclusion for women but also all minorities. I believe to my core difference is additive and will create better outcomes; economically and socially.
My goal is to see diverse managers in every mandate line up and that the people managing the money are a reflection of those who make up the world.
